If you have not yet completed your assigned 2018 training, please make sure you do so ASAP. If you do not know whether you need to complete all of the courses you have been assigned, please check with your supervisor.
As a rule:
Blood Borne Pathogens for Seasonal Employees and Volunteers - required annually
Portable Fire Extinguisher Training - required annually
EEO-Sexual Harassment - required annually
Driver Training - required if you operate a State vehicle
Globally Harmonized System of Chemical Classification - supplemental training to the park's hazard communication training. If you are a returning seasonal employee and have had this training you do not need to take it again. However, you should complete the park's hazardous communication training annually.
As you complete your courses, please make sure to forward or print and give your completion certificates to your supervisor! As you complete Blood Borne Pathogens, please make sure to check with your supervisor to see if you are eligible the Hepatitis B vaccine, and if so complete the acceptance or declination form and have them send it to the Training Admin at Headquarters.
